咸猪手 (Salted Pig Knuckle) catchs our attention when it is recommended by one of our friend. This is an interesting cuisine name as it has a "special" meaning in Cantonese.

For pork lover, pig knuckle is one of the delicious parts that they would not likely miss it. This deep-fried salt-marinated pig feet is served together with a curry like gravy. The very crispy pig feet makes this Salted Pig Knuckle (咸猪手) more delicious and aromatic.

Siong Tong Lala, Clam Soup with Shao Xing Wine, is another signature dish in the restaurant. Cooked with the right amount of Shao Xing Wine, shredded ginger and wolf berry, the fresh clams soup make everyone of us irresistibly finish it.

Crispy Shrimp Paste Fried Chicken Wing, special salted egg shelled shrimp and their signature toufu are quite delicious dishes that are worth to try.

The price is pretty reasonable too.
