Apom telur shown in the first photo here is of chinese style. What are the different between these 2 apom telur? The texture of indian style apom is softer while the chinese style is with additional sweet corn filling. The taste wise, indian style has stronger egg aroma.

This stall selling apom has history of more than 10 years and it is located at Mahkota Kangar Perlis. Just to remind you, it only open during night time.
