Wong Kok Char Chan Teng (旺角茶餐厅) is one of the well-known Hong Kong restaurants in town which serves a great variety of Hong Kong style cuisines. What makes Wong Kok Char Chan Teng stand out from the rest of Hong Kong restaurants is its special cuisines, Rice in Superior Soup with Minced Meat & Dried Oyster.
This Rice in Superior Soup, as you can see from the menu, is not chef's recommended cuisine. Thus, few people notice its existence. Its name has already implied what is inside the cuisine. Yeah, you are right. It has rice, minced meat and dried oyster in superior soup with preserved vegetable (冬菜).
