I would say this is the best place that I could find in Kuching under a hot sunny day. As the name Iglool Ice Cream imply, the restaurant is colder than other air-conditioned restaurant.

As you can see from the photo, Iglool has a cool ambience with light blue and white color design, flakes of snow on the ceiling and wall and also a small artificial igloo in the restaurant. This already gives us a chill sensation from our very first step to the restaurant let alone the Ice Cream (Snow Ice).

We ordered Milk ice with Champagne, Mango Ice with Fruit Mango Jam and Oreo Peanut Snow Ice. The ice cream texture is like ABC (Air Batu Campur) ice but it is is far smoother, loose and fine. Furthermore, the ice is also tasteful with either milk, chocolate or green tea flavour. From the 3 of our order, I would rank Mango Ice with Fruit Mango Jam as the most delicious because of the sour taste amid the sweetness of the ice, followed by Milk ice with Champagne and Oreo Peanut Snow Ice.

We learn from the poster that the ice cream is included 100% natural salt breed from the coral reef in Shi Yuandao Island, Okinawa, Japan. This natural salt contain over 70 kinds of natural substances and microelement, which is good for breathing sytem, digest systerm and etc.

This restaurant is located beside Everise supermarket at 4th Mile, Kuching.
