Cuisine: Chinese
Ask Puchong folks what is their recommendations for great foods in Puchong? For sure Puchong Yong Tau Fu will be ranked among their top list.

Located in Kampung Baharu Puchong, further down after the SRJK Han Ming, the house, which has been converted into eating place is always packed whenever the business is on.

The uniqueness of this Puchong Yong Tau Fu (for me) is with the soup. It is cooked with lots of sayur manis which normally can only be found in the pan mee's soup. I think this vegetable is the main contributor to the sweetness of the soup amid the normal salty flavour.

Taufu, Tau Kang (bean skin), red chilli, ladies fingers, bitter guard, eggplant are among the ingredients that customers can choose from. The selected ingredients is then stuff with the fish paste right before it is cooked and served. The freshness, smoothness and bounciness of the fish paste is undoubtedly to be the signature of this cuisine. The Fried Yong Tau Fu which is in golden colour is also very crispy and surely will disperse on your bite.Sold at RM1.10 sen per piece, the Yong Tau Fu are large and generously stuffed with the paste. This is surely the additional points for big eaters, haa.

Besides Yong Tau Fu, paper-wrapped chicken also being offered here as it's side dish.
