"If we set out at 9am, Seafood Bak Kut Teh has already been sold out lor when we reach there at around 10am", my friend told me. My boyfriend and I was shocked with the statement when my friend told me about that. Huh? Is that true? We are so doubtful.
Yeah, the stall is really crowded when we reach there at around 9.20am. It takes us 5minutes to be seated. Hmm... not that bad, though. "Sorry sir, seafood has already been sold out. We only left fish meat.", the person who took our order told us. It is quite disappointed that all the seafood have been sold out at around 9.30am, but one thing is true, my friend does not fool on us :).
As you can see from the photo, only fish meat, chicken crawl and Bak Kut Teh is in the pot. Besides fish meat, the stall also serves fish ball, fish head, crab, squid and prawn. The Bak Kut Teh soup is a bit spicy as it is added with "Cili Padi" and the soup is also tasted different from the traditional Bak Kut Teh soup with the rice wine added in it.
It tastes good to me but my boyfriend prefers the traditional Bak Kut Teh, which is also from Klang Telok Pulai. Hopefully, when we visit the Bak Kut Teh restaurant next time, we will try to share it here.
